Gimbal is my own personal code library. As I work through my other personal projects I try to extract any useful sections of code that could be used by other projects or people and add them to Gimbal.
Gimbal is still in its early stages, but I hope that after some time that it will grow into a useful resource for both me and other people.
If you are wondering about the name: a gimbal is an object that allows rotation about an axis, and three gimbals are used in gyroscopes that allow a central object to remain balanced. Therefore a single gimbal is not the whole of the gyroscope, but without them the whole system cannot remain in perfect balance at all times.
I thought that was resonably apt.
